Snow Ice Day!

Everything outside is covered in a film of ice, which makes for a sparkling, gorgeous morning. We had some strong wind in the night, and there are small pieces of tree limbs all over the place... broken from the ice & wind.

School called off. Children not happy about it. Imagine that! We're hoping the play will still go on tonight, but won't know until later this afternoon.

Kev didn't have to work over, so he arrived home safe and sound at about midnight. Slippery drive home.

Sun's trying to come out, so ice will be melting soon, I hope. Pretty while it lasts...
